Who we are

Information we collect
When you submit our estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, and the type of project you are interested in, along with the consent choices you make on the form.
When you call or text us we keep a record of the conversation, including the phone number you used, so the same family member can pick up where you left off.
Our website also collects standard technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and referring links, including advertising click identifiers (for example gclid) and campaign parameters, which we use to understand which advertising brings visitors to us.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies from our website platform, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These tools may set cookies or read device identifiers when you visit.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of personalized Google advertising, visit adssettings.google.com. Because our site does not behave differently based on Do Not Track signals, we treat all visitors the same way described in this policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule estimates, prepare proposals, manage projects, and follow up on work we have performed. We use advertising and analytics data to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to our business with you.
Text messaging and consent
Our forms include two optional checkboxes: one consenting to transactional text messages about your estimate and project, and one consenting to marketing and promotional text messages. Neither is required to submit the form or to do business with us. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Phone calls
Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded or monitored so we can confirm project details and train our team. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of a call and we will note your request.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that operate parts of our business for us: our customer relationship and messaging platform (LeadConnector, also known as HighLevel), our website hosting provider (Vercel), and Google for analytics and advertising measurement. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Retention and security
We keep lead and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty, and accounting obligations, then delete or archive them. Our website is served entirely over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to the family members and staff who need them, and our service providers maintain their own security programs.
Your privacy rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Texas residents may also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Children
Our website and services are directed to homeowners and businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our site links to outside services such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, The Good Contractors List, and BuildZoom. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be communicated before they take effect.
