Acceptance of these terms
This website is provided by Alanis Remodeling & Construction, LLC ("Alanis", "we", "us") for general information about our services. By using the site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and use our forms for their intended purpose: learning about our work and requesting an estimate. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or copying content for commercial use.
Estimates and proposals
Content on this site, including descriptions of services and example projects, is informational and does not constitute an offer or a price. Estimates are free. All pricing, scope, and scheduling for any project are set exclusively by a written proposal prepared for you after an estimate visit, and no work is promised until both you and Alanis sign that agreement.
Text messaging terms
By opting in on our forms you may receive two kinds of text messages from Alanis Remodeling & Construction: transactional messages about your estimate and project, and, if you separately consent, marketing and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help, or contact us at (214) 451-7499. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos, content, and intellectual property
Photographs on this site are of our own projects and job sites. All site content, including text, photographs, and branding, is owned by Alanis Remodeling & Construction, LLC. We grant you a limited license to view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Client reviews shown on this site are quoted from public Google reviews. Individual experiences vary and reviews are not a promise of a particular result.
Information you submit
You agree that the contact information you submit is your own and is accurate. By submitting a request you authorize us to contact you about it using the information you provided, subject to the consent choices you made on the form.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alanis Remodeling & Construction, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a signed project agreement or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Alanis Remodeling & Construction, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought in the state courts located in Collin County, Texas.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the website itself and do not replace any signed project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
